Tanner is a 3 month old puppy in training for two young brothers on the autism spectrum who live in Vermont. He is being trained by a professional dog handler named Amy Gamache; his training plan will be created by North Star with the help of Nancy Lyon and Dee Ganley, two search and rescue experts who have already helped us to train a North Star dog named Nomar. For now, Tanner is developing beginning search and rescue skills with Amy and her husband Tim by playing such games as hide & seek with their two preschool children.
